The project theme was exploration of Voice User Interfaces options for our customer as well prototyping and testing of skills for Alexa Voice Skills and Google Assistant. Together with my colleague I was organising user tests, that were both quantitative (remote, using the developed guidebook) and qualitative in-person interviews.

About the case
After completing the market research with a cross-functional team I was participating and organising user tests for two products developed for Alexa Skills and Google Assistant.
Several in-person interviews and filled up questionnaires allowed us to go through synthesis and write a summary on possible improvements from the content and UX side.
The project was completed together with the content management platform Contentful and became a case study. Information about the final product on the market, can be found here.
