I am Anna Suslova, a Germany based designer.
Currently, together with my team, I develop and test digital product ideas at the Berlin-based consultancy Zoi and Kärcher Digital Hub. Here I bring a service design perspective into our projects and am one of the product owners in the team. Parallel to innovation projects I develop digital customer interfaces (e.g. apps, voice assistants, etc.) for our clients.
My previous experience includes work in the Creation team at the search & booking platform Omio as well as Innovation Center of Deutsche Telekom in Berlin, where we worked on future telecommunication services with a focus on Design Thinking Methodology.
Though some years I was taking photos of service design examples, unexpected use of objects, public space interventions. I kept my New Year's resolution and now post it on my Photoblog Russiandust, yey!
I like to travel and was always looking for opportunities to connect it to my work/study time. You can find some cases documented in the section "Experiences": Japan, Crimea, Russian Arctic. Drawing is my another hobby and so that I published some of my works in the section "Sketching".
